Job Description

Essential Functions:

Performs general clerical and administrative support duties in accordance with established procedures, instructions, and work routines; Performs data input, extraction, analysis, and development in support of departmental functions.

  1. Perform general administrative tasks.
  2. Prepare, analyze, and input data.
  3. Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations including updating weekly metrics and status reports.
  4. Acts as liaison with other departments.
  5. Able to coordinate the activities of and provide support to committees.
  6. Able to arrange, participate in, and implement as directed conferences and meetings.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Good reading and writing skills.
  2. Excellent typing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially excel.
  4. Customer service driven.
  5. Must be punctual and reliable, with a proven attendance record.
