Job Description

Perform the necessary support for the collection of timecard information for the payment of a COVID leave benefit for eligible employees. Current number is approximately 100 per week.


COVID leave benefits tasks include:

  • Track employees eligible for COVID as received from HR Business Partners
  • Notify managers when timecards are due
  • Verify received COVID timecards are completed correctly
  • Send COVID timecards to payroll
  • Resolve COVID time issues with managers and payroll
  • Record detail of the employees on COVID on the tracker/history document
  • Time management necessary to ensure necessary information is provided to Payroll Services by required deadlines

Skill in:

  • Communicating COVID leave task among multiple departments with the– Benefit Services, Payroll Services and HRBPs along with supervisors of employees eligible for COVID leave benefit.
  • Operating standard office equipment and using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Preferred experience in HRIS Platforms such ADP, PeopleSoft. Strong preference for experience in Oracle.
  • Preferred understanding of payroll timecard collection process.
  • Recognizes the accuracy of information.
  • Determining appropriate actions to be taken given occasional variability with circumstances.


Candiate Requirements

  • Ability to work remote, position may require onsite meetings at downtown Jacksonville location 
  • Existing High speed internet 
  • Dedicated work environment free from distractions 
  • Access to Land Line or Cell Phone
