- Support the HR team with weekly and daily reports. May act as reporting secretary for meetings as required.
- Interface with other managers, customers, organizations, and coordinating meetings & schedules.
- Prepare various correspondence including reports, and spreadsheets as required.
- Support the HR team and conduct new hire orientation, process I9’s, and provide support to other functions as needed.
- Responsible to drive ethical behavior and instill a culture that promotes respect in the workplace.
- Implements HR policies and procedures as a generalist, while collaborating with business operations to ensure complete understanding of business needs and objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 2-3 years of HR related experience.
- Miscellaneous projects requested by Human Resources Manager and other duties as may be assigned by the Human Resource Manager, including special requests by other department supervisors.
- The position will require someone with stellar admin skills (will need to have strong MS Office experience, specifically MS Excel).
- Must be organized, be able to analyze the data and have a strong attention to detail (Due to the importance of the tasking).
- The candidate will also need to go through HIPPA training to understand the confidential and sensitive nature of the data they will be responsible for administering.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with craft managers, program managers, supervisors, leads, etc.
- Must have strong customer service experience and work ethic.
- Preferred bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Preferred knowledge of Florida Labor Laws and experience.
- Preferred knowledge with interactive process for leave of absences and return to work process.
- Previous HR Experience is required.
- Must be DBIDS Eligible.
