Job Description



Analyzes costs, and prepares a budget by comparing it to actual results and reporting variances.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Input data in the Cost Schedule Status Report (CSSR) reporting system, detailing expenditures of man hours, labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
  • Compare expenditures with established budgets, and project Estimates at Completion (EAC) based on physical progress.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Meet with customer representatives to review the financial status of projects.
  • Verify system billing is established in accordance with contract requirements.
  • 3 – 4 years in Government Contract cost reporting related to Multi-Ship, Multi-Option (MSMO) Contracts.
  • Strong accounting background in contract invoicing and financial cost reporting.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Must be able to pass Drug Screening
  • Must be DBIDs eleigible
  • Must have OSHA 10
