Job Description

  • Interface with other managers, customers, organizations, and coordinating meetings & schedules.
  • Scanning and organizing documents  
  • Prepare various correspondence including reports, and spreadsheets as required. 
  • May act as reporting secretary for meetings as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have moderate computer skills with emphasis in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess moderate writing and verbal skills.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, combination of education and experience with a minimum 2 years related experience.
