- Interface with other managers, customers, organizations, and coordinating meetings & schedules.
- Scanning and organizing documents
- Prepare various correspondence including reports, and spreadsheets as required.
- May act as reporting secretary for meetings as required.
- Must have moderate computer skills with emphasis in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must possess moderate writing and verbal skills.
- High school graduate or equivalent, combination of education and experience with a minimum 2 years related experience.
